Every 1 PSI increase in the pressure of the cap raises the boiling temperature of the coolant 3 degrees F. If the system is strong enough to handle it, go with a 20 PSI radiator cap. Just remember, that the high pressure cap likely will require a stronger aluminum radiator, a good heater core and good hoses.
